After almost 20 years of making his mark in the financial industry by working for Merrill Lynch, UBS, and starting his own firm in 2011, Tyre Post is an expert in wealth management, providing wholistic financial advise to help clients grow and protect their assets.

Once Tyre had his twins, he knew then that it was time to do something to positively impact the lives of children.

“Being a former Texas A&M football player, I thought I wanted to get into [sports] coaching until I did some research and discovered STEM. Not only do they teach kids about engineering, robotics, computer science and so many other things, but they relate that to real life, so the kids see why they are learning what they are learning and how they will use that later on in life.” Tyre explained.

His search, alongside his business partner Meredith Arsuaga who is an educator, spanned franchise opportunities in various industries with a Business Alliance Inc (BAI) consultant to fit their skills, goals and budget needs.

“Once we made the choice to explore children’s education franchises and STEM for Kids, we were all sure we had made the right choice. The STEM process was simple and easy to follow and the STEM team … was extremely professional and accommodating in working with these brand-new business owners. Tyre and Meredith knew that they wanted to be part of bringing STEM to their community and offer opportunities for learning and having fun. With their passion, they searched for an opportunity they could not resist.

“I had never seen or heard of anything like that before, and I knew I had to be a part of it! Kids are our future, and being a part of shaping their minds for later on in life is an honor,” says Tyre.
