You experience the wonders of computer science every time you play a game, watch video or read book on a computer, mobile phone or a tablet. Isn’t it time to look inside and get a glimpse of how computers work? In this introductory program, children get a taste of Computer Science using STEM For Kids’ innovative approach of bringing complex engineering concepts to kids in a fun way. We will break open computers, explore motherboard, learn how computers function and what makes up the World Wide Web of computing devices.

Participants engage in various hands-on activities including I-Computer, Peek Inside and children’s favorite Avatar 001.
