Donna Curtis M.Ed

Donna Curtis, M.Ed, is an educator, wife, mother, and business owner. Donna earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis on math and science. She utilized her degree to teach at public elementary schools, private middle schools as well as at a technical college.

As Donna pursed her master’s degree in education, K-14 with a math emphasis, she was inspired by her self-taught computer programming son, to research the cognitive benefits of learning computer programming in children. She learned that learning with real world and hands on experiences enhanced the brain and learning tremendously. Her discoveries lead her to pursue a way to share her awareness with children. Much research brought her to the exciting franchise of STEM for Kids.

She discovered that STEM for Kids curricula has been meticulously designed to enhance children’s learning and understanding of the STEM fields. Donna left her job to start her own franchise to bring her research findings to fruition.

Donna spends the rest of her time continuing to raise her children ranging from ages 8 to 25! She believes that all children benefit from learning STEM and all children have opportunities to contribute to the STEM fields!
