About Us

STEM for Kids® in Miami provides educational enrichment in Robotics, Engineering and Computer Programming for children in grades preK – 8 (elementary and middle school) through camps, afterschool programs, in-school field trips and STEM workshops.

Mack Samuel, the founder of Global Stem Academy, is a well-known advocate in the South Florida educational community. He had a vision to help students to secure a future in the technology field which is ever evolving. Children need enrichment experiences and exposure to STEM curricula at an early age.

Inga Samuel, the President of Global Stem Academy, a former Math and Science educator, chose to leave the field so that she could specifically focus on STEM education in a more focused manner. She has many years experience in the technology field as a web designer, graphic designer and coder. Her passion comes from seeing a great need in the underprivileged community firsthand. Children need to see and envision greater possibilities that will improve their socioeconomic status through lucrative STEM careers. This programs allows them to learn at an elementary level which will prepare them to choose alternative pathways towards the diverse technology field.

We are a franchisee of STEM For Kids®, now an international brand making STEM fun and real. Founder, Moni Singh, launched operations in 2011 in Raleigh. Now, we serve schools, libraries and community centers throughout Miami-Dade county.
