Morning 3D print design Afternoon Website or App Design----Campers will learn about the world of computer aided design as they imagine, plan, and build a product to 3D print. This camp will focus on designing a product in which they believe others would pay for. They will be working on a creating a 3-dimensional design within the parameters of a 3D printer. We will explore the engineering and coding used to print the designs. The afternoons will be filled with creating a website or app to “sell” their products. Participants will learn about the 4 P’s of marketing (Product, Place, Promotion, Price) as they develop technology to use to sell their product. Older students may choose to “sell” their app rather than a 3D printed design.
